Bus/Rail Customer Service Hours

Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Telephone service only from 6:00 pm - 7:00 PM)

Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Telephone service only)

(On weekdays, DDTC doors are locked at 6:00 PM; telephone lines remain open until 7:00 PM)

Sunday: Closed

Bus/Rail Customer Service is closed on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day (January 1)
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day (December 25)

GoZone Customer Service Hours

Monday - Thursday: 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Friday - Saturday: 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Sunday & holidays: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Have a question, suggestion, complaint or compliment? Lose something? Let us know by utilizing our GORequest mobile application available on iPhone and Android. We encourage passengers to utilize GORequest to help us better improve the passenger experience.

Smart phone users simply open the GoRequest application, select an issue and tap “submit”. The GORequest app also offers the functionality for users to include a photo and identify the exact location of the submission.

Users can also submit requests via a desktop computer. Once submitted, the requests are sent directly to the agency staff member responsible for addressing the issue.
